Review on Wireless headphones JBL Tune 215 TWS, black by Hayden Noichuyen ᠌

There are disadvantages, but the product is usable.

To be honest, disappointed with the purchase. The headset was mostly bought to talk at work in the office (because the microphone on the laptop is wide-directional, and during calls you can hear not only me, but also the rest of the office), but in fact you can’t use it effectively. Firstly, the wide-directional microphone did not solve the problem. Even when you are driving and talking in a car, they complain that it is very noisy and you can hear the noise of the street. Secondly, unstable work with Windows infuriates. The sound constantly floats, then one ear turns off, then the other, then during the conversation, the quality of the sound / connection gradually deteriorates until it disappears completely. After that, the headset itself reconnects, but for example, the microphone may not connect and you need to manually disconnect the headset from Bluetooth and connect it back. The rest of the participants at this time are sitting waiting for you to solve the problem with the headset. Also, from time to time, the connection with the computer may simply disappear, and then listening to music turns into hard labor. I called JBL STP - they said to rearrange the Bluetooth driver in Windows. Several times I tried to install different versions of the drivers - the problem did not go away. Thirdly, even in the absence of problems with the Bluetooth driver on the smartphone, interference-clicks and noise during a conversation remain. I faced similar problems with my previous Bluetooth stereo headset from Sony. Perhaps Bluetooth solutions are not so perfect and definitely not suitable for listening to music, but for work you need to select components for each other so that they work stably. Conclusion. This device, I think, is suitable only for those who plan to use the headset bundled with a smartphone and only for listening to music. The sound is good. I strongly do not recommend using it for work in talk mode. It is better to take a wired device or a mono-headset focused on this task.

Pros
  • Not cosmic, but decent enough sound. However, as always, JBL. Especially when you consider that it is not so easy to provide it in "gags". JBL, in my opinion, are the only ones who cope with this task with dignity. They sit well and securely in my ears (it's a big problem for me to pick up such headphones that would not fall out of my ear). Ears do not hurt after long listening. The charge lasts a long time. The case is nice and easy to use. Well, they look stylish and flawless.
Cons
  • Disgustingly friendly with Windows, which is impossible to use (for a separate story, see the comment). While listening, sometimes there are barely noticeable clicks. This is especially noticeable on calm music (electronic or pop) or ordinary conversation, on heavy metal, of course, it is not audible. The microphone is not focused enough - that's why all my colleagues complain that when I speak through the headset, they can hear the rest of the office.
