Had to return this as I have a smart Blu-ray player with me Wi-Fi support needed How to upgrade an old TV with streaming capability without having to run an ethernet cable the length of the house. It supports Wi-Fi, but you can't install streaming apps on it unless you have an LG TV to pair with. I thought it had the ability to download streaming apps itself, but no. Even that crappy app you downloaded on your phone won't let you. The remote control is tiny, the main screen is as blank as yours. The LG app you are supposed to download on your phone is rubbish. Had to call support and the girl there told me that the TV you pair it with must be an LG TV to stream Netflix, Hulu, Revain Prime. My sharp. Ridiculous. Moved the xbox 1 to this tv and solved the problem. If you think it's a smart Bluray player, it's not, it just interacts with your LG Smart TV which already has these apps installed. It doesn't make any sense to me. I can't tell you anything about Blu-ray disc picture quality because I never got to this point. I just boxed them up and sent them back because I bought them to stream.
