Review on 🔧 Enhanced SKS Mud-X Downtube Fender for Better Performance by Carson Zoberman

I bought this fender to protect myself from "splashes" from the rear wheel. I recently bought SKS Race Blades but they don't have a front spring cover and I didn't want my tires to splash muddy water all over my water bottles and legs/feet. It got the job done at a low cost but with some small improvements. I had to cut the struts front and rear to keep the fender from banging against my wheel. The fender is thin enough to keep my feet off it while keeping water off me and my water bottles. The included mounting straps were easy to use and could be shortened to keep them out of the way of the handlebars. The Pacific Northwest can be a brutal winter biking destination, but this fender makes it a little bit better.
