I cant say that I was completely satisfied with the product.

not for connecting a curling iron or an xbox to a monitor, but I don’t advise it for a computer, at high purity signal transmission via HDMI there is a strong heating when overheating starts to slow down the image. read on other sites, people have the same problems.
According to this conclusion, if you want to use an old monitor in combination with a DVD player or set-top box, this device will suit you, but don't count on much. :)

Pros

it certainly performs its functions, but was considered as a temporary solution

Cons

the case is very "hot" (I opened it in order to somehow establish cooling, I was surprised and disappointed at the same time, but only one microcircuit is involved in signal conversion, and it does not have any cooling or radiator, it heats like an iron), in view of the high temperatures at increased load prompt failure expect .
