After seeing my contractor use a humidity sensor to measure the humidity in my walls and kitchen cabinets (after a water leak) I decided to buy this to test my bathroom. I had suspicions about the dampness of the floor and walls. yes i was right I was able to turn on the fans (and the antimicrobials) for a couple of days, monitor them, and watch the humidity drop. A slow intake valve leak was detected and repaired. It's nice to know that I'm dry and safe.
