Yes, I agree and you have the right point there. Some people think the app does not provide the proper attention to their customer when talking about privacy. Other companies have better support for them. It's for that reason I expressed there are little answers in the customer's support. However, it has served to its purpose and it's doing and efficient task.

Its quite relavant that once you have large group of users worldwide using the services it is almost next to impossible to attend every query in a given time. Being a user if the App for almost six years I found it best payment App for securely conclude transfers to bank accounts and pay to thousands of utility providers without even need to share the confidential details of card.
