I have a fairly expensive office chair and thought I needed to replace it. The leather armrests were starting to peel off and looked awful. That was the only misunderstanding, but the look bothered me anyway. For the low price they were offering I wasn't expecting much but I'm delighted and have already ordered a spare pair although I can say they will last.
