Review on 🚚 Double Electric Hydraulic Reservoir Trailer by Wayne Girard

The packaging is not sufficient to protect the electronic relays. The box arrived with the device upside down and the small clear plastic case for the relay was broken. I removed them from my old pump to make this work. I am using this pump to run an 18 inch cylinder on a dump bed delivery trailer. I searched until I found this particular box tank model. The pump on the trailer had a round tank. My old pump lasted about 3 years with almost daily use. Both the old and new pumps use a pair of 1" screws (not included) to attach from the bottom. In the old pump, these bolts alternately broke and fell due to the strong vibrations of the trailer. He had no other way of securing the pump. On this new pump, I added a piece of 8" steel tubing to the trailer frame to support the crate tank and be able to tie it down to reduce vibration and prevent bolts from breaking or loosening. Of particular note, the supplied brass hose fittings did not fit my hydraulic hoses and I had to trawl through several parts stores to find suitable hose adapters. The guy at the parts store said the bushings in the pump manifold are 5 eyelets. "6 boss". Also, this pump sometimes leaks and does not always act as a brake when you have extended a hydraulic cylinder with a load on it. There were holes in the top of the pump motor housing that I was concerned about water seeping through, so I sealed them with RTV silicone. This pump was trailer mounted low, so I sealed all the RTV electronics.
