From the photos these shoes appear to be made of mesh and sewn together from different parts/types of fabric. The look of the mesh and the varied look of the fabric is achieved by the manufacturer printing the pattern onto a single piece of fabric. I am skeptical that they will hold up with just one layer of fabric, especially on the toes.
