UPDATE: I received an email from the company who took my initial feedback into account and informed my supplier of the issue. They even offered a partial refund which I appreciated. I hope that everyone who orders this product in the future can get a better quality perch. I originally bought this set for my new budgies as they seemed to like stringy toys and when I saw that it had a perch I thought it would be useful for one of my budgies who unfortunately had their wings clipped off before I did bought him and he had difficulty accessing certain places in the cage. notices that the perch is a little swaying. I tried twisting it tighter but oddly it stayed loose and unstable. I took him out of the cage and found the reason. The screw could just pop out of the wood. I tried putting it back in the hole but after a few tries the screw kept coming out. I am very disappointed because my flightless parrot especially liked this place.
