The design is very sturdy, adjustable and fits nicely under our 24 inch TV kitchen cabinet which weighs around 7 pounds. It rotates plus or minus 90 degrees, which helped us install and fold it under a corner cabinet. Not enough room to curl up in a corner given the size of the TV. Agree with others that it doesn't stay upright or plus 110 degrees slightly up even when you adjust the tensioner as instructed. In the end, there was a seven-inch high pitcher between the tabletop and the bottom of the TV to hold it in place. Therefore four stars and not five. This device is identical to others that have been sold for a lot of money and imported from China.
