I love these. I have bought 3 so far. One for me, one for my parents house and one for the dacha. Poached eggs are my favorite way to eat eggs and I can cook them the traditional way, but let's face it; it's a pain So you can prepare up to 4 poached eggs in less than 10 minutes including preparation. I put the eggs in when the water boils for 4:20 and they come out perfect every time. As with any non-stick coating, be careful with this or it will scratch and peel. If you have poured some EVO beforehand, you can simply pour out the egg and then clean the cup with the soft side of the sponge. Mine still looks perfect after a few years of heavy use.
