Can make old clocks look nice
I used this to fit an old clock from the 50's which was an electric clock (needs to be plugged in). Antiques are not very valuable, but have been passed on as a kind of "family heirloom". Part of the clock was completely rusted and we never knew what to do with it. This clock insert required a bit of dremel work, but it was worth it. The clock now works in living room decoration for the first time in 20 years of owning it!
