Review on H-Connect by Shaun Stapp

There are some amazing functionalities here, but most of them are outdated. You have an issue tracking system? That's cool. Do you have any chat solution? Very cool. But if you want to actually use the application, you have to create your own (I don't mean this as a criticism) But then you get to the workflow section and realize it's a mess. And when you're trying to change anything in the UI you're running into bugs and glitches everywhere. The documentation is sparse, the screencasts and video tutorials are non-existent. For something so complex, they should've put more effort into creating a better experience. If I had to choose between a simple ERP vs this, I'd go with the simple ERP every time. If I was going to try and start my own business I'd avoid this app because it's just too buggy.
