Intuitive user interface making it extremely useful

The system is very simple, easy to use and has all the features needed for my daily work as an administrator of a large public institution in charge of providing services to families with children from 2 years old up to 18 years old. I dislike that there are not more options available to customize some elements such as the color scheme or font size, but this can be easily done through customization files. A good way to connect different application together

The main benefits are that it provides an interface to multiple applications. It also provides a single point of access to all the applications that are connected to the H-connect platform. And also, it provides a single source of information for all the applications. I am not very satisfied with the customer support. There is no customer support team available 24/7. I think it would be better if they provide a customer support team 24/7. I would recommend H-connect to anyone who is looking…

Great tool if you have multiple devices

I like how easy it is to use, I can access my emails from anywhere, I can check my calendar without leaving the app, I can access my contacts and keep track of my calls. There are some things I dislike about the application. Sometimes it randomly freezes for no reason. Also sometimes it takes a while to load some pages or features. This is a very basic ERP. It's missing many features that are available in other ERPs.

There are some amazing functionalities here, but most of them are outdated. You have an issue tracking system? That's cool. Do you have any chat solution? Very cool. But if you want to actually use the application, you have to create your own (I don't mean this as a criticism) But then you get to the workflow section and realize it's a mess. And when you're trying to change anything in the UI you're running into bugs and glitches everywhere. The documentation is sparse, the screencasts and…
