Review on H-Connect by Flocka Parsons

The system is very simple, easy to use and has all the features needed for my daily work as an administrator of a large public institution in charge of providing services to families with children from 2 years old up to 18 years old.

I dislike that there are not more options available to customize some elements such as the color scheme or font size, but this can be easily done through customization files. This tool allows me to organize information about users who need assistance. With them, we have been able to reduce waiting times at our service centers and improve customer satisfaction rates.
