Worked well. Just make sure you drill a hole in the window regulator gear and put a screw in to get it all done. I didn't do this for the first side and had to take the other side apart to see the gears and their numbering. It explains that this is an instruction I didn't read at first. I remembered to do it on the other side and the install went fine.
