Pirelli is not a brand that comes to me when I think of reputable manufacturers of winter tires. However, Italy is not known for having very cold winters. Although it is slightly stronger than before, this can be attributed to the improved condition of the rubber. When I was younger, I frequently visited Michelin, Bridgestone, Hankuk, and Yokohama.
