I have no problem with the hardware. The problem is that the Android app is not working properly. When I add a "point" for temperature, a circle or a rectangle, I can't edit it in any way. I can't move it to where I really need the temperature reading. You're stuck with the default place it wants to land. Such a shame. The hardware seems good, but this product is a complete letdown because of the software. UPDATE: Tech support finally resolved the issue. You need to double click/tap somewhere instead of single clicking to move or resize a circle or rectangle. The manual only says touch it. I hope this will be helpful to others until they update the guide. Problem solved, happy with the product.
