I gave it 4 stars because I didn't test the water to see what the arsenic level, if any, was after passing through the filter. Our water had a strong metallic taste. I bought drinking water but my conscience started working for me when I saw all the plastic bottles. We tested our water and found it to contain 220 ppb arsenic. We've been drinking it for cooking and coffee for 5 years! My husband did some research and found this under the counter. It was easy to install. Everything you need to connect was in the box. We are very happy with it. I don't typically spend more than a gallon and a half a day on coffee and cooking. We checked the capacity and I was entitled to 3 gallons at a time. I'm happy! Water tastes great! I wish I had done this many years ago! We had an issue with the system after we hooked it up. The part that says USA-700 had a small leak. My husband emailed the company on Saturday. On Monday they replied and said they would give a guarantee. A part with black hoses was sent to us. As you can see in the photo, due to a leak, we put a pan under the filter. With the new part it no longer leaks. We would buy this product again.
