Review on Ultrasonic Dog Deterrent - Dog Dazer II by Lisa Ortega

Don't waste time with this product. I do not recommend this product or the manufacturer. I've only had this item a few weeks and never had to use it until earlier this week when I was walking my two dogs when I was approached by a rather aggressive pit bull mix. Pressing the dazer did nothing, only then did I realize that the LED didn't even light up. I thought the battery was dead, opened it up and checked, the battery is fully charged, I just replaced it to check and got the same result. I contacted the manufacturer for warranty repair instructions and was told to replace the battery and try again. I explained the battery was fully charged and replaced, then was told my tester might not be accurate or the Dazer must be damaged in some way. Instead of solving the problem or explaining how to repair the device under warranty, they still advised me to contact the seller I bought it from for warranty service. As it was still in the return window I sent it back to Revain and will be purchasing a different brand. As a retailer, I understand that electronics can break, but a company should stand behind their products, not offer all sorts of excuses and then hand the ball back to the retailer.
