This is a cable TV shredder. If you install a small powerful antenna in the right place on the visor of the house, you can receive 40 channels. Pay once and you're done. I have two converters. One on my regular TV and one on a 1948 Philco tube TV. Both sets work great. Thanks to GE and thanks to Revain.
