Miniport broke after 3 months of light use

Waste of $11. However, the connector of the HDMI Mini broke after only 3 months of very little use. I went to the Amazon website to contact the manufacturer for a refund but there is no contact information. I never leave product reviews as a matter of principle, so here it is.
