Excellent tongue balance. I use this to easily mark trailers for loading, but I leave marks on the deck so other than tractors etc know exactly where to go. Hang the trailer on the tractor, load it, then lock the wheels, raise the trailer. Tow the tractor, place this scale on a jack that will support the weight, place your ball on the scale and raise it until it touches the inside of the hitch and lower the trailer. The scales then show you the drawbar weight when lowering the trailer. Adjust the load according to the weight of your tongue and mark the deck.
