Small, super cute!
My baby is 17 months old and I bought 2T. He's tall for his age but very thin (maybe 10th percentile in weight). It already fits him perfectly so I would recommend ordering a size up. Otherwise it looks like a high quality shirt - well printed, soft and very cute.
