Very easy installation, took less than 5 minutes (I followed the YouTube video) and my Shark was in great shape again! The replacement brush roller appears to be more durable than the original roller. However, before you order, you will need special Torx screwdrivers with a security spike in the center for the screws on your Shark vacuum (also available directly here from Revain). I have an NV360 model and two different sizes of screw heads, so two different sizes of bits are required. But I run a daycare and my Shark vacuums are so important and work so well that I will do whatever it takes to keep them in perfect working order for as long as possible!
