It took a problem that would have cost $300 and a visit to a scheduled furnace technician, and it turned it into a $22 problem and a two-day wait for the main shipment. Detonators are pretty easy to spot when they're not working. If you don't see the front grille's bright glow when it tries to fire, it's not working. I pulled out our old one, when I looked at it it looked like a burned out lightbulb. It was clearly visible where the element broke. Ordered, installed, the oven works like clockwork again. Installation took a screwdriver and about 20 minutes of my time.
