Both of my pinky toes are essentially sideways (the bottom of each face inward towards the fourth toes). Likely from when I was very little and my parents putting me in shoes that were too small. I'm in my late 30s now and have been dealing with moderate discomfort with my toes my entire life. I've tried various toe separators which provide temporary relief but that's all. These looked interesting so I gave them a shot thinking they would help straighten my toes a bit. I've only been using them for a couple of weeks. I wear them at night and they provide some relief and SOME straightening, but not enough to think it would permanently straighten my toes. These are very soft and comfortable to wear with socks and shoes and to walk around in or wear all day. I can wear them about 8 hours before I need a break. With time that may increase. If these were a bit more rigid they might be more effective, but if you're looking for a permanent solution to your crooked toes you might just need to see a podiatrist.
