I expected this device to be plug and play. I bought this PCI WiFi card for my old Dell Optiplex 9020. I plugged them into the PCI connector and plugged an extra cable into the USB connector. Somehow only bluetooth works. I ended up switching the PCI slot to another one . on the motherboard and the same problem occurs. Then I put it in the x1 slot and somehow it worked. I don't know if this device is reliable. Drivers are also not easy to install. Normally, Windows 10 detects drivers automatically, but in this case, Windows 10 has trouble detecting the drivers. This product has issues that need to be addressed
