I bought this mainly for the beeper function, we have had this collar before but it was too bulky to put on our dog just around the house. He found it uncomfortable, but the squeaking saved him from bad behavior like jumping and biting or being afraid of the cat! This collar is MUCH more comfortable and holds the charge for a long time. My only complaint is that the beeper function isn't very loud. My husband and I tested the shock function on ourselves to make sure it isn't too much (if we ever need to use it), works great and doesn't hurt (most of the time it just scares you). All functions are also adjustable.
