The ease of use! It was so easy to learn how to navigate through all features for managing our day-to-day operations. When I first started it took me about an hour or two in order to make sense out of what you could do with this software. As time went by more options became available and things got easier (for example searching records). The fact that everything can be printed off at anytime, makes finding information incredibly easy. There are several bugs/glitches which need addressed but as long as they get fixed eventually then its not too big of an issue. Overall, very simple system to utilize. Very easy access from anywhere at any date and time. I like how easy it is to use in an office setting where I can manage all of my clients. There are so many features that you can configure to meet your needs. The system will not work if you do not have good internet service. I would recommend this software to anyone who wants a well-rounded solution for their business. If your looking for something easy to setup and run then this is the software for you. This helps me to keep track of my clients and bills.
