Many reviews said it didn't work but I was desperate. After 10 years I realized I needed to clean the jets in my Kohler Bancroft hot tub but the plumbers lost the tool. I was scared of what was in the injectors so I ordered it anyway, it was like $4 what's up? The problem is that it doesn't work! I received a piece that matched my installation instructions (plastic, no wire), it just didn't snag on anything in the nozzle openings. It was almost to the point where the plastic might break, so I started looking for something else to use instead. Someone suggested an Allen key, I couldn't use it, but that worked for me straight away, a curved screwdriver. Especially from the side of a flat head. Don't buy that plastic stuff! Instead, grab an angled screwdriver and you can use it for many other things around the house. This nozzle removal tool doesn't even do what it's supposed to. I'm returning it for my $4.
