First of all I don't understand how you think someone can get away with selling a product with different specifications but not saying "Made in [country]" at least as far as I can remember , is illegal. ray jay ltd which is good as it is based in taiwan but i don't speak taiwanese. Maybe I can ask my question here: 1. Why does the picture in the manual not match the product specification? If I wreck my engine because the manual says no less than 50 lb lb as opposed to the product description which states 12 ft lb-250 when installing spark plugs, who should I call for a refund for the wrecked engine? Many Thanks. *Edit update* I hate to leave a star as I have tested it but am still unsure if it has an accuracy of 12-20ftlb as the manual says it is not designed for that. Some sort of warranty information and support email would be nice?
