Very non stick but stains easily
The pan is light and very well balanced. The surface is very good and truly non-stick. I love the white color but after the very first use (at medium heat) a brown stain appeared on the side of the pan that didn’t have eggs cooking on it. I tried to get it out with vinegar and baking soda but it won’t lift. Still a great pan for just $20! I'd suggest getting a darker finish to hide the discoloration. Hope this helps!
