one star product. Five stars for customer service. I bought this pink Beemo women's turban swim cap - pleated polyester latex liner for women and girls with long/short hair for everyday aqua aerobics, not for a full "head underwater" swim. This is ONE STAR because it was poorly done. (see photo) I sent it back and the replacement unit had the same defect. ADVANTAGES: Convenient. Good coverage for long hair. Easy to put on. Cut low at the neck for coverage. Excellent customer service. CONS: Poor design. The pink swim cap AND its replacement were obviously defective in the same place: the front center band just between the eyes. (See photo). The white stripe on the front of the pink swimming cap looks like a headlamp! You can see the pink fabric is too narrow for the width of the white elastic it covers, so roll it forward. That's how it was on both covers. You can't pocket it or force it to stay down. Shows no matter what. Unacceptable. I've never used it in a pool so I can't say if it works well in the water. Replacing the cover was even worse than the original! However, I love the fit so much that I want to try ONE OTHER TRY with a different color. If that doesn't work I will end this product. I will update when it becomes available and adjust my rating accordingly. (Note: I was able to exchange the 1st, but the exchange option for the 2nd was not offered) *****UPDATE February 2019*** The seller contacted me about 6 times (positive) after my 2nd bad experiences with this pink bathing cap. I really tried to ignore them (LOL) but they insisted on sending me another cap for free as compensation. I finally agreed. I was even given 6 options for caps. I chose a black latex bubble crepe cap with 3 flowers, pink, green and blue. As it turns out, this is the perfect cap. I will write a separate review for the new cap but wanted to update this review to say how interested and responsive the seller was. You get 5 stars for customer care and service.
