I think I have a bottle of water
I read all the reviews and decided to buy this item; However, I would like to point out that I received the bottle on time, but opened it and there was no smell. I filled the applicator and it was the consistency of water. I've been trying this for over a week now and it does absolutely nothing. It's like pouring water on your face. I'm not sure if I have a bad batch or what.
