in general, this is one of the best models; due to quarantines, I overdue the change of cartridges. Called on firm, the next day the master arrived, changed the filters and membrane, no problem. Got pros: good and stable water quality at the outlet. use more 3 years old. The company changes cartridges every 6 months. I do not regret the cost. Its cons: the way of connecting the cylinders is not thought out, the fittings are made of plastic not reliable, one had to be replaced with brass
