The best purchase in my life, I will definitely buy it again.

My wife has the Mi Band 4, and I have the Honor Band 5 for myself. I got the Mi Band 4 for her. A more in-depth assessment and commentary based on the author's own personal experience was posted on Zen at mnenie-5d56437a92414d00ad008f.

Pros

1. Cost ($1,700 on AliExpress, with a delivery time of two weeks) 2. Keeping a close eye on your heart rate at all times. 3. The measurement of blood oxygen saturation (which actually works) 4. It is easy to charge (you do not have to remove it from the strap to do so). 5. A classic shoulder strap 6. Increase daily consumption by 10–12% using intelligent heart rate analysis and a smart alarm clock. 7. The Huawei Health app itself, in addition to its superb sleep analysis, is preferable to the Mi Fit app in my opinion.
