I am not a commercial baker but I use these rounds ALL the time. I have cake pans that I spent a lot of money on because my old pans were over 30 years old.had a great little slider that ran around the pan so nothing stuck in it. But, it began to oxidize and then rust, and no one makes them anymore. I saw these parchment rounds.a whole lot in a package, and I am not disappointed. I also use them on sheet pans when I bake something non greasy and not need foil. I will definitely purchase them again. and the package keeps them neat and smooth.
