This refurbished LG V60 arrived in very reasonable packaging. I heard a rumble in the box before opening it, which made me nervous, but it was just a SIM eject button. No problem. I would never say the phone isn't new. He looked untouched. The phone itself is a bit thicker than I thought a modern flagship phone should be, but it's not overly thick. And it has a huge battery, which probably makes a difference. I ordered the T-Mobile version of the unlocked phone and it does indeed contain T-Mobile bloatware and that's fine. There was some confusion as to whether AT&T stuff would be on it, but it has T-Mobile stuff. I've only had the phone for a few weeks and already have the latest update to Android 11. The update was quick and easy to install and I haven't had any problems with it so far. The LG V60 is a tremendous value when compared to other smartphones, especially this updated model. Highly recommended.
