Non-1/4 " Shank for Power Tools and Hand Tools

I purchased LEATBUY 1/4" Door Stem and Drawer Front Bit Set 4pc Woodworking Bits Carbide CNC Router Bits. Unfortunately the shank is not 1/4". does not match my router.
