Review on 🧶 Patons Kroy Socks Yarn - Super Fine Gauge, 1.75 oz - Muslin - Crochet, Knitting & Crafting by Heather Shaw

I have tried many sock yarns over the years. This one is my favourite. It has a pleasant "handle", does not splinter, is colour-fast and abrasion-resistant. When washed as advertised, it doesn't feel like it, but even when washed in warm water, machine washed with other items, and tumble dried, it still doesn't feel like felting or pilling (although I don't find it would recommend it). At Kroy I never have to rehearse (after the first pair of socks) so I can just grab needles and start knitting (I use my own pattern) because the quality is the same. I have two gripes: (a) they don't have trendy solid colors - the same base colors, a few shades of gray, black, cream, navy, and beige, and (b) they're so saturated with patterns and stripes. However, these are just minor criticisms. This is still my #1 favorite sock knitter!
