So I bought this refurbished phone through Revain. Together with him I bought a protection plan for 3 years. Because everything together was cheaper than a new product. Pros - Works well, took it to my ISP Imon Communications and they were able to add it straight away with no problems. Brought home, connected with no problems. It's easy to set up once you've set up a Netgear router, and pretty much works the same way. So far the signal has been solid and I've had up to 15 wireless devices (Roku, laptops, smart TVs, phones, game consoles) connected at once. Cons - If you want to update the firmware. You must have your cable company as it is tied to the modem side of the modem/router combo. The signal doesn't reach as far as some other routers, it's still decent, but my old Netgear (R6700) Nighthawk had better range, not by much mind you, but it's noticeable. Save a lot of space and cables. I usually avoid the router/modem combo like the plague, but this one seems well done.
