Review on KYB SS10317 - Steering Stabilizer for Enhanced Control and Stability by Brent Porter

I purchased this stabilizer bar in place of my own stabilizer bar for a 1999 Jeep Cherokee Classic. The hardest part was removing the old stabilizer bar. A Google search found good, detailed removal instructions. This stabilizer bar took five minutes to install and tie rod end hardware is included. There is a tapered bushing that goes into the tie rod. A cone is installed in the factory bolt. You can reuse the factory hardware, but I went with the new hardware that came with the stabilizer. I hope I never have to try to remove this jack! The original stabilizer was leaking oil, but when I took it out it still had resistance. This new stabilizer looks exactly like the one I took out and I don't notice any difference after installing it, but if your stabilizer has failed completely you should see an improvement.
