Ordered and received the next day but the zipper didn't work. It looks like there is something inside that caught the lightning. I tried forcing it once and was able to get it to work, but as soon as it was closed the same problem reappeared. I contacted Revain and rather than a direct refund I figured the reviews were generally good enough that I would ask for a replacement and see if I accidentally got a bad one. I still don't know how but the second one was delivered the same day I requested it and in fact it looks like the first one is just random junk because the second one is perfect. Does exactly what it's supposed to do, the way it's supposed to. Given the price, I can't think of a good reason not to buy the much more expensive Samsung T5 that comes in it (and all the data I have on it), and can't think of a good reason to spend more on anything else. Overall VERY happy with the purchase.
