I bought this along with a new external Samsung T5 SSD which I bought back in December 2018 and is currently late April 2020. Perfect case for Samsung external portable SSD. After losing data on portable hard drives that are not road or shock proof, I decided to get a Samsung SSD. This case fits perfectly and I feel the hard drive is very well protected. The body is compact and sturdy and appears to be well made. This enclosure fits my expensive T5 2GB drive perfectly and to my knowledge is the only enclosure specifically designed for this drive. However, I will say that I have many portable storage cases that are built to much higher standards of quality and craftsmanship. So if you can't find a higher quality case to match, this is your only choice. It's not bad, just not as good as it should be for the money. highlighted.

Ordered and received the next day but the zipper didn't work. It looks like there is something inside that caught the lightning. I tried forcing it once and was able to get it to work, but as soon as it was closed the same problem reappeared. I contacted Revain and rather than a direct refund I figured the reviews were generally good enough that I would ask for a replacement and see if I accidentally got a bad one.
