Review on ECOGARD X10569 Cartridge Engine Conventional by Thunder Ballman

After my last review the manufacturer (Ecogard) provided a phone number I could call and included the case number for reference. I called and spoke to a customer representative who was very receptive and familiar with my previous comments. I have provided the VIN of my vehicle so they can proceed with the verification. They investigated if there were other filters with my problem. I did some research on the company and found that they are an ISO 9001 company so I am sure they will properly address the issue. Also, I have been using Ecogard filters for many years without any problems. I certainly wasn't expecting anything from my input - I just wanted others to be aware of a possible problem: because of my problems, they sent me an air filter for the same car! Very grateful! Considering the "After Sales Service" I've upgraded my rating to a well-deserved 5 stars!
