This works pretty well.
I bought this because we use a lot of fresh herbs in the kitchen I work in. Most of the time it works Two things to watch out for: 1) The fresher the herbs the better it works Once the herbs are a little wilted it doesn't work 2) It struggles with fresh thyme I find it too boring and useless..Oregano, basil, parsley, cilantro, chard, kale .Also easy to peel since it's metal.Good time saver.
