Perfect for taller skaters

In short, if you're a taller skater, buy these. Now I will talk about it in detail. I skated a lot in my teens and early 20s and stopped skating for four years after the birth of my first child. A few months ago I decided to get back on the board but I was 100 pounds heavier than last time. My old hubs were still in good shape, but I had terrible wheel bite every time I did anything other than cruising and ramping. I put these bad guys in my trucks and I'm doing stunts with ease again. I bought the hard version knowing I need the hardest bushings and I can't describe how smooth they are despite my weight. . They don't squeak, the wheels don't bite unless I intentionally lean too far, and they almost rebound as soon as my wheels leave the ground. They also turn incredibly well despite being stiff and fully tightened. I didn't even have to spend time on her burglary. They immediately felt comfortable. However, I understand that they would be a poor choice for the average skater. If you don't have the weight to naturally compress them as you spin, you will have a hard time getting them to spin. The average 145-pound figure skater would probably feel like he was rolling on rocks. I can't tell you if soft and medium varieties perform better. What disappointed me a little is that they are colored differently depending on their softness and this was not clearly stated in the description. I thought I would go white/yellow (which suits my rig very well) but got white with black cores since I bought hard ones. It doesn't really matter, but it was a bit of a shame. All in all, if you're over 200 pounds, I can't recommend them enough. That's all I ride unless I miraculously get better, and even then I still buy from Bones because they're so awesome. Smaller skaters should try softer bushings or go for something completely different.
