Great organizer for shoes. I have attached a video on assembly
At first it was a bit difficult to assemble them because the diagram is difficult to understand. Once you understand this, you will love them. My closet switched from the thrift store to Nordstrom. All my friends and family who saw the transition are now buying them and also remodeling their closets, it turned out really lovely and I'm so proud of it. I love organized things. I've included a simple video on how to assemble them. I hope it helps.
